Feel the pressure
Buyers arrive with job orders, documents, questions, and urgency. I do not let that land in one loose inbox.
Deployable staffing command deck
I built SOL Staffing OS to route the public front door into employer intake, candidate lanes, Skyegate FS27 gates, protected records, secure uploads, proof receipts, and a private brain route.
Buyers arrive with job orders, documents, questions, and urgency. I do not let that land in one loose inbox.
Employer intake, candidate lanes, AE follow-up, and government material move into their own operating paths.
Skyegate FS27, protected records, secure uploads, and admin surfaces keep serious work behind the right gates.
Once the story is clear, I show the browser-action proof reel so the buyer sees the system doing the work.
The Problem
I separate employers, candidates, AEs, government buyers, proof receipts, gates, and operator rooms so the business does not make one person become the database.
Every job order needs role details, pay, headcount, shift, location, requirements, decision path, and follow-up. Every candidate needs screening, readiness, availability, documents, and placement tracking.
When those pieces are scattered across emails and spreadsheets, speed dies. Worse, the agency cannot prove what happened, who touched it, or what needs approval.
Buyers do not only judge your brand. They judge your intake discipline, compliance posture, document handling, and ability to turn a request into a real record.
SOL Staffing OS gives the agency a visible front-end and a private operating layer behind it. The public site sells. The backend catches the work.
Proof Receipt
The proof reel lands after the funnel explains why the front door, records, gates, upload vault, admin room, and brain route matter.
I show the public-safe proof reel here: employer intake, Skyegate FS27 gate, protected admin command room, upload vault, and brain route.
Playwright recording: intake submit, FS27 auth, admin records, secure upload, and brain endpoint.
I keep the private setup out of the public page and show the proof receipts that matter: intake, gate, records, upload vault, and brain route.

This is not just a prettier staffing website. It includes employer pages, candidate flows, AE sales materials, government procurement surfaces, internal operator pages, auth-protected admin, secure uploads, and a brain layer that can run locally or call a private model endpoint.
Operating Modules
The package is organized around the actual work: sales, client intake, candidate pipeline, government pursuits, compliance posture, documents, records, and admin command.
Packages
Use these as sales-positioning packages. The code package is deployable now; production operations still need verified business data, legal/compliance review, Skyegate env, storage retention, and model endpoint settings.
Deploy the public staffing website, SEO pages, contact forms, basic content replacement, and launch checklist.
Deploy the serious operating layer: Skyegate auth, admin dashboard, records, uploads, and live brain wiring.
Ongoing admin support, content updates, workflow tuning, smoke tests, route additions, and dashboard improvements.
Hard Limits
The product can organize staffing operations. It cannot create verified insurance, workers comp, UEI/CAGE, SAM registration, payroll compliance, client contracts, or active job openings out of thin air.
Next Step
The public site gets attention. The operating layer catches the work. That is the difference between a staffing brochure and a staffing platform.
