The Problem

I built this because most staffing startups are still one inbox pretending to be an operation.

I separate employers, candidates, AEs, government buyers, proof receipts, gates, and operator rooms so the business does not make one person become the database.

A staffing agency is an operations machine.

Every job order needs role details, pay, headcount, shift, location, requirements, decision path, and follow-up. Every candidate needs screening, readiness, availability, documents, and placement tracking.

When those pieces are scattered across emails and spreadsheets, speed dies. Worse, the agency cannot prove what happened, who touched it, or what needs approval.

Credibility is a workflow problem.

Buyers do not only judge your brand. They judge your intake discipline, compliance posture, document handling, and ability to turn a request into a real record.

SOL Staffing OS gives the agency a visible front-end and a private operating layer behind it. The public site sells. The backend catches the work.

Hard Limits

It gets serious by saying what it will not fake.

The product can organize staffing operations. It cannot create verified insurance, workers comp, UEI/CAGE, SAM registration, payroll compliance, client contracts, or active job openings out of thin air.

  • No government registration, certification, insurance, bonding, or past performance claim should publish until verified.
  • No sensitive onboarding, payroll, tax, I-9, background-check, or medical documents should be collected without retention and compliance review.
  • No placement, hire, termination, payroll, legal, tax, or HR compliance decision should execute without human authority.
  • The live brain endpoint requires authenticated access and configured model infrastructure before private use.
  • The admin layer requires Skyegate FS27 introspection env vars before production deployment.
  • The package is strongest when business data, legal terms, verified jobs, and compliance policies are filled in honestly.
