Operator / White-Label Program

Stop selling staffing websites.
Sell the operating layer.

Deploy the package under a staffing brand, configure the workflows, connect Skyegate auth, and sell it as a serious staffing launch system or managed operating package.

The Economics

What deployment partners can charge for.

The value is not only the HTML. It is the configuration: replacing brand data, activating auth, mapping forms, setting records, reviewing sensitive document handling, and training the operator.

Setup fee: $3,500
Launch package
Public site, copy replacement, forms, basic SEO, and launch checklist.
Setup fee: $8,500
Live OS package
Skyegate auth, records, uploads, admin dashboard, live brain env, and smoke test.
Managed support: $1,500/mo
Operator retainer
Monthly improvements, dashboard upkeep, forms, corpus updates, and workflow support.

The Client Outcome

The client does not receive a brochure. They receive a staffing agency surface that can capture employer and candidate demand, organize it into records, protect internal routes, and prepare for serious operations.

What You Still Do

You configure the brand, business facts, legal placeholders, workflows, storage policy, Skyegate endpoint, and model endpoint. You do not pretend the code creates insurance, payroll, or compliance maturity by itself.

Deployment Process

How a serious engagement should run.

Day 1

Brand and business intake

Collect company identity, phone, email, domain, service areas, staffing categories, legal entity, and verified claims.

Day 2-3

Public site replacement

Replace placeholders, route forms, confirm pages, adjust copy, and smoke test the public staffing site.

Day 4-5

Auth and backend activation

Configure Skyegate FS27 introspection, admin roles, Cloudflare Pages Functions, KV storage, and protected internal pages.

Day 6-7

Records and upload review

Run form-to-record smoke tests, upload tests, audit review, retention policy review, and admin dashboard training.

Day 8+

Brain and operator handoff

Configure the live brain endpoint, update corpus, test safe-claim prompts, and hand off the operating checklist.

Program Thesis

The recurring offer is operations,
not hosting.

The client pays because the workflows keep changing: new roles, new candidates, new documents, new claims to verify, new pages, and new dashboard needs.
